1. Purpose
These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern access to and use of the Show Me Your Channel website (the "site"). By accessing the site, you accept these Terms in full and without reservation. If you do not agree to them, you are asked not to use the site.
2. Description of the service
The purpose of the site is to help users discover YouTube channels, particularly lesser-known creators, through a random-draw system and thematic filters. The service is provided free of charge. Everyone has the same chance of being featured : there is no paid promotion and no ranking based on popularity.
3. Access to the site
The site is freely accessible, without the need to create an account for browsing. The publisher strives to ensure continuous availability but cannot guarantee it and may suspend access for maintenance or for technical reasons, without notice.
4. Submitting a channel
The site allows any user to submit a YouTube channel via the dedicated page. By using this feature, you agree to:
- only submit real, existing channels;
- not use the feature in an automated, mass, or abusive manner;
- not submit any unlawful, hateful, misleading content, or content infringing the rights of third parties.
Every submission is subject to a review, followed by manual approval before publication. The publisher reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to refuse, not publish, or remove any channel, without having to justify its decision.
Submitting a channel grants no right to its publication and no compensation.
5. User conduct
Users agree not to disrupt the operation of the site, not to attempt to compromise its security, and not to extract its data in an automated manner (scraping) without authorization.
6. Intellectual property
The elements of the site (design, text, structure) are protected. Content relating to the channels (names, images, descriptions, categories) comes from YouTube and remains the property of its respective rights holders. Removing a channel
Any creator may request the removal of their channel from the site by writing to contact@montremoitachaine.fr. The request will be processed as soon as possible.
7. Liability
The site is provided "as is". The publisher does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the information displayed, in particular that coming from YouTube. The publisher shall not be held liable for the use of the site, external links, or the content of third-party channels to which the site redirects.
8. Links to YouTube and third-party sites
The site contains links to YouTube and other third-party sites. These links are provided for your convenience ; the publisher exercises no control over these sites and disclaims any responsibility for their content and practices.

10. Changes to the Terms
The publisher may modify these Terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force at the time you access the site. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. In the event of a dispute, and failing an amicable resolution, the French courts shall have jurisdiction.
