Este canal pretende ser un lugar de difusión del deporte originado en las elitistas escuelas públicas inglesas como fomento de la cultura física que, reglamentado por "acuerdo entre caballeros" para uso y disfrute de la aristocracia y alta burguesía, terminaría siendo patrimonio de las clases medias y bajas.
