Alejandro & Valeria González Gerwig 🇩🇪

About the channel

Alejandro (born in 2007) & Valeria Erandi (born in 2009) González Gerwig are two extraordinary teenies who have been playing the piano since the age of three. The parents Christine Gerwig & Efraín González being pianists themselves have been teaching them ever since. The music comes to them absolutely naturally, they love what they do and this enthusiasm is felt clearly when they perform on stage. Alejandro and Valeria won the Steinway competition Hamburg in 2015 and 2019 as well as the Bechstein pianoduo competition Berlin in 2016 and 2013. They have appeared in important venues in many countries. At the age of six Valeria also started playing the violin. She studied with Prof. Koh Gabriel Kameda and currently with Prof. Marc Bouchkov. Since 2022 studies Viola too with Prof. Nathan Braude. Since 2019 Alejandro has been studying at the Musikhochschule Cologne with Prof. Fabio Bidini, Gesa Lücker and Fabian Müller.
