About the channel
Alessandra's Food is Love - Italian Cooking Channel- Italian Cuisine. Welcome to Alessandra's Food is Love – We believe Food is love and sharing it with loved ones is the greatest gift in life. – it's a way to connect with loved ones, nurture our bodies, and bring joy to our lives. About me- My name is Alessandra and I was born in Vico Equense, Naples. Vico Equense is a coastal town located between Pompeii and Sorrento. The area is called Peninsula Sorrentina. I live in the United States and travel to Italy every year. I started my cooking channel so that I can pass on the recipes to my daughters. One day they’ll be able to carry on the traditions with authentic recipes I’ve learned from my Nona, mom, and aunts. I hope all my recipes will bring you back to the foods you love and the memories of the past with Nona in the kitchen. Grazie e buon appetito Alessandra.
