About the channel

Physical therapist, clinic owner, mobility specialist & human above all else. Too many people go way to long before they're properly informed or receive the help they need. That was the case for me and I'm here to help ensure it isn't the case for you too. I spend my days working with thousands of my local or international clients and doing the leg work required to stay up to date on all things mobility, joint health, and health and sharing what I learn. To help manage the large volume of people that want to work with me but cannot reach me for local one-on-one sessions, I also run an online platform called Operation Human First (OHF) to help people all over the world. OHF is my vehicle to help people move, adapt, and thrive in today's world where people are struggling with immobility and movement limitations. This YouTube channel is movement education — not a form of physiotherapy. All of my YouTube content is separate from my clinical physical therapy practice.
