On this channel, you’ll find a variety of workout videos, including both Mat and Reformer Pilates, with and without props, so you can follow along no matter what equipment you have. I also share videos on makeup, skincare, get ready with me, Q&As, cooking vlogs, and lifestyle content. I’m a certified Pilates instructor with 500 hours of comprehensive training in Reformer, Mat, Chair, and Springboard. Pilates has become my favorite way to manage stress and stay active after abdominal surgery, and I’m passionate about helping others experience the same benefits. My teaching style is all about supporting you while pushing you to reach your full potential, leaving you feeling stronger and more confident.
