About the channel
Camping, outdoor cooking, and hiking - all the resources you need to get started! My name is Amanda and welcome to my YouTube channel. I create educational content on hiking and camping, to help people go from confused and overwhelmed, to confident and adventurous in the outdoors... and of course, cook good food while you're out there 😁 On this channel, you'll find inspiration and resources for your next outdoor adventure. When I’m not busy camping or hiking, you can catch me on my computer editing upcoming videos (I post *almost* every week), sipping on a strong cup of coffee, or testing new camping recipes. I'd love to hear from you, so make sure to subscribe and say hello in the comments. WELCOME!!
