Hi, I’m Elias Yoder. I grew up around kitchens where food was made from scratch, nothing was wasted, and every meal had a purpose. Before ready-made dinners and expensive groceries became normal, families knew how to cook simple food that stretched far, filled bellies, and brought people together. On this channel, I share the old cooking methods I was raised around — practical, homemade recipes built on simple ingredients, careful hands, and knowledge passed down through generations.
