A Moment 2 Move is about helping busy people who are short on time with full body workouts in a time restricted manner of 5 minutes or more. All you will need for these workouts is some floor space and hopefully we can build strong resilient bodies that will in turn help you feel healthy and confident in your body. This will help people who want to prolong their sports careers at any level, will help office workers loosen up from sitting in a chair and help tradespeople with ongoing niggles they may or may not have.
