About the channel
Named after Robert Jones' book of lute songs, A Musicall Dreame is a collaboration between soprano Alison Hill and lutenist Yair Avidor. The duo's imaginative programmes focus mainly on Elizabethan lute songs by John Dowland, John Danyel and Robert Jones, alongside 17th century songs for voice and continuo (played on the theorbo) by Henry Lawes, Robert Johnson and Henry Purcell.
