Welcome to Anahata: The Ayurvedic Kutir of Health and Happiness Anahata is an Ayurveda Centre located in Upper Tapovan in the Yoga Capital of the world, Rishikesh. It was founded by Dr Shreejit Ghadigaonkar with a goal to heal the world with the ancient classical practices of Ayurveda and Yoga. A space for physical, mental and emotional healing, Anahata is a meld of the holiness of river Ganga and the balance of the mighty Shivaliks. Ayurveda believes in maintaining a harmony between the body, mind and soul. The dedicated and trained practitioners, therapists and masseurs at Anahata strive to achieve that balance through Ayurvedic treatments, practices and therapies. The Ayurvedic Kutir at Anahata have remedies for everything including muscular and joint problems, stress and anxiety-related issues, skin and weight disorders, etc. From Yoga therapies to Panchakarma therapies, Anahata provides all the Ayurveda services to the people who come to heal at the Centre.
