This channel is dedicated to the great Romanian soprano Roxana Briban, that tragically passed away in 2010. Roxana Briban was a lyrico-spinto soprano with a great agility, easily recognized through her beautiful and distinct timbre. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Roxana_Briban Listening to her live and later to her recordings and talking to her fans I realize that despite her short presence in the opera world...she left a treasure behind. Roxana is immortal, through her beauty and her art,she is a DIVA...an universe of infinite mystery...May she rest in peace!
