AnnBab Pictures - Meditations, Sleep & Calm 🇺🇸

About the channel

Welcome! I've been waiting for you❤️ I started creating videos to help myself in hopes that it may also help others. No AI voices :) Most of the affirmation / meditation videos are at least 8 hours so that you can use during sleep or play in the background during the day. I have disabled mid-roll ads in all affirmation videos so relax and enjoy! :) Life is supposed to be good for you! ❤️ -Ann FAQ 1. Do I need to listen using headphones? Is it not required but most of the videos are best experienced using headphones/earphones. If it's uncomfortable, playing on your phone speaker or any stereo speaker works fine. 2. How often should I listen to a meditation/affirmation video? It is generally recommended to listen for at least 21 days to make it "habit forming" but I think however long you need to feel better is great! :) Any others, please comment on one of the videos or visit annbabpictures.com
