About the channel

I am Ant and I mostly do movies about nature and hiking in beautiful Norway showing views of inspiring landscapes and wild weather. I believe that both mind and body benefit from being outdoors in nature.Exposure to trees, the sky and natural sounds have a calming effect and are beneficial for mental well-being. In an ideal world you would go for a walk in a forest or sit on a bench in a park and enjoy the view, but it is not always possible to do it. So I hope that my videos will be a substitute, but also an inspiration to go out and explore nature around you! Nature therapy is that simple! I am mostly doing my videos in Northern Norway in Troms and Finnmark county. Here you find amazing views of fjords, mountains and forests at all times of the year!
