About the channel

Athletes for Hope (AFH) is a national nonprofit that educates, encourages, and empowers athletes to use their platforms for good. In 2024, AFH launched the Athlete Leadership Council, featuring Stephen Curry, Katie Ledecky, Nathan Chen, Elena Delle Donne, and Gabby Thomas — building on a legacy started in 2006 by founders Muhammad Ali, Andre Agassi, Mia Hamm, and nine other elite athletes. For 20 years, AFH has trained more than 13,000 professional, Olympic, Paralympic, and collegiate athletes through its Causeway workshop series. Our programs help underserved kids build mental health and leadership skills, fight the stigma around mental health, and brighten the lives of children in hospitals.
