Namaste, I am the founder of the Conscious Breathing Hub, I am now on a mission to help 1 million people improve their breathing and live a happy and holistic life. My journey as a breathing coach began as an engineer and former asthma sufferer. After eight years of taking medication, I discovered the power of correct breathing techniques and was able to overcome my condition. This inspired me to start my mission to help one million people improve their breathing and live happy and holistic life. I don't want anyone else to go through the struggle I did, and I believe that incorporating correct breathing techniques into one's life can have transformative effects. I have created a community of over 15000+ members who are on a transformational journey to improve their respiratory health and find relief and reduce stress and anxiety. I am a certified Wellness Coach from the Ministry of AYUSH, Government of India.
