About the channel

I started this channel because I realised that a lot of intelligent women are quietly exhausted. What happens when you’ve done everything “correctly” and still feel trapped financially? The burnout that hides behind competence. Layoffs that change how safe you feel in the world. The strange grief of realising you CAN became indispensable inside systems you don’t actually own. Somewhere between corporate life and economic freedom, a lot of women are trying to rebuild themselves quietly. Their confidence. Their income. Their nervous systems. Their sense of possibility. That’s who this channel is for. I’m Bailey. I’m a lawyer, strategist, and founder of The Paid Squad. Here, we talk about work, ambition, visibility, regulating our nervous systems, gentleness, infrastructure, and what it really takes to become financially independent online without turning yourself into a productivity robot.
