I hold a PhD Degree in education and I am experienced in running, training, and athletics in general. I am also passionate about the human-being's effort to improve our mental and physical health in anywhere. In addition, this channel might bring a strong criticism sometimes to what is happening behind the seen or in the front of it! I do try to bring the facts as they are without the bias and subjectivity. If I failed, then, this is because I am not perfect, and if I succeed, then, this is a grace of the Lord.
