Join me as I navigate the ups & downs of chronic illness & other life challenges through my daily creative practice. I openly share with sincerity & honesty about my own struggles, bringing my viewers along as I discover new ways to keep my creative practice alive even during my darkest & most uninspired days. This is not a channel where I tell you exactly what art materials to use or teach you step by step the "correct" way to make art. Instead I hope to instill in my viewers their own intuitive, expressive, art practice utilizing the principles of “Beginners mind”, "Non Judgement", "Self Acceptance" & most importantly, "Self Love". My videos are created for everyone that loves art, but especially for people like myself that are facing life challenges due to health issues, disability, trauma, grief or other difficulties that make life hard to navigate.
