Better After 60 🇺🇸

About the channel

Welcome to Better After 60—a community for adults who believe life doesn't stop at retirement. Here we talk about healthy aging, intermittent fasting, maintaining a healthy weight, running/walking/biking, staying active, finding purpose, navigating grief and life's hardest seasons, and growing in faith through God's Word. I'm a pastor, runner, and fellow traveler who believes our later years can be our most meaningful. My goal is to encourage you with practical advice, honest conversations, and biblical hope that help you live with purpose and finish well. If you're over 60—or planning to get there—you'll find motivation, encouragement, and tools to help you become healthier, stronger, and more resilient. Better After 60 is about more than getting older—it's about getting better. Until we talk again... let's age well, together.
