Hello, thank you for visiting. I’m so happy you’ve found me here because I hope you like this place enough to come back often. Many of you may know me as the host of the daily morning program, “In the Loop”, on Bloomberg Television. Everyday, we produce the best – and most entertaining – business and financial news so you can be smart and savvy about your money. This place I’m creating now is about making you smart and savvy about your career – and your life. The thinking for this began a few years ago when college grads would come up to me and say how successful I was. I looked at them and thought, wow if only they knew. I still felt so unsure and unsettled as I’m sure many of them did coming straight out of college. I had all the same questions: How do you negotiate a raise? What is the secret to getting ahead?
