About the channel

Hi my name is Richard Lake and apparently I am ultra cyclist. I spend most of social life riding bicycles, going wildcamping and enjoying as many type 2 bikepacking adventures as I can possibly fit in a calendar month! Whether it's a road bike, gravel bike of mountain bike - as long as it's got two wheels - I am there! My neck of the woods is Lincolnshire, Yorkshire and the Peak District, but thanks to #vanlife I'll often go further afield whether it's seeking out adventures in the North and South Downs, Wales, Northumberland or the Yorkshire Dales. I also ride countless audax events throughout the year and have ridden many audaxes across the country.
