"I didn't practice producing; I posted beats from day one to see improvement." —bl4dexc Hiii, I'm Bl4dexc (pronounced Blade-X-C). I'm a 14-year-old Vietnamese producer from California, USA. I mainly make scenecore while exploring other genres. At the age of 4, I discovered my passion for music and began making beats in GarageBand. In 2020, I switched to FLM and produced EDM under a different name. After taking a break in 2023 and deleting all my old beats, I purchased FL Studio in 2025. However, I rarely used it until I heard Six Plaques by Anarchist Sanctuary. The song’s beat stood out to me the most, which inspired me to learn the basics of FL in February 2026. A month later, I began making beats under the name of Bl4dexc. The name, Bl4dexc, comes from Blade from HSR, my favorite character. The "4" was added for style. "Exc" is the abbreviation of "exclusive," because I used to buy exclusive beats without knowing what it meant, so I kept it in my name to cherish that moment.
