Brokken is a Hard Rock band formed by Nicky Vance, who, along with Marcus Black, Tony Malone, and Diana Chase, played in Los Angeles bars around 2010, paying tribute to 80s hard rock and glam metal bands. Things weren’t going too badly, but during one of those concerts, they decided they would write their own songs, despite how anachronistic they might sound in a world where alternative, indie, and electropop music had taken over the airwaves, along with other genres.
