My YouTube channel offers practical guidance to support nurses' education and career development, from new starters to senior nurses. I’m passionate about supporting nurses' career progression through education, as I've encountered many challenges during my own career. For example, I failed my nursing finals and had to go through several interviews before I was finally offered a team leader role. I’m sharing everything I’ve learnt over my 35 years as a Registered Nurse and 28 years as a Registered Nurse Tutor. I hope you find my videos useful.
