About the channel
Hi, welcome to The Wild Gut Project. This channel started as a personal project to share my experience of the Low FODMAP diet to manage IBS while vegan, and has grown from there, with a mission to help people with gut health issues who also want to eat more vegan or plant-based 💚 I even went back to university to study to become an HCPC Registered Dietitian, as well as 200hr Yoga teacher training, to be more useful 👩🏼🎓 Expect recipes, nutrition and health information, gut-calming yoga and breathing practices and the occasional vlog, with the goal to support your gut health.
