I’m a two-time Winter Olympian, NLP practitioner, and high-performance hypnotherapist. I’ve spent years studying how the mind creates patterns of behaviour, performance, and identity - and how those patterns can be changed when they stop serving you. Most of the people I work with are already successful on the outside. But internally they’re dealing with overthinking, pressure, perfectionism, or the feeling that something still isn’t quite clicking. My goal is simple: To help ambitious people close the gap between who they are and who they know they’re capable of becoming.
