Hi, I'm Cori! I am a Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT 500) currently living in New Jersey at the shore. I'm a lifelong athlete (soccer and volleyball) and former Pilates instructor with 8 years of teaching experience. I enjoy the study and spiritual practice of yoga, and love all forms of working out and exercising.
