About the channel
I started out posting 'real' cooking videos, for people who literally don't know how to chop an onion. These were such a smash that after two or three years some of them had several views. Then I started posting what are basically recordings of LPs - mostly jazz. These have proved more popular. Sadly I have now pretty much given up posting, since almost all my posts now get canned by the Kopyright Kops. I do still try occasionally, especially when I come across something a bit out of the mainstream. But there remain a fair few, and people seem to like them. I hope you do too.
