About the channel

This channel is a culmination of my life's work. I am an athlete, an educator, and a ski enthusiast to my core. As America's only Olympic gold medalist and PSIA national alpine team member, I am proud to share my knowledge and experiences with you. If you want to learn how to ski or become a better skier in all situations my channel exists to serve you. My videos cover the mental side of sport, ski culture, fitness for skiing and a general all around appreciation for the outdoors. SkiStrong stands for life long learning, mental and physical exploration, the power of encouragement, passionate effort, precision skiing, informed skiing, inclusiveness, gender equality and challenging the status quo.
