This channel is a culmination of my life's work. I am an athlete, an educator, and a ski enthusiast to my core. As America's only Olympic gold medalist and PSIA national alpine team member, I am proud to share my knowledge and experiences with you. If you want to learn how to ski or become a better skier in all situations my channel exists to serve you. My videos cover the mental side of sport, ski culture, fitness for skiing and a general all around appreciation for the outdoors.
