About the channel

I recorded international table tennis events throughout the 1990s and early 2000s, capturing both matches and practice sessions with permission from the organizers. We used the footage as a study tool, but I also wanted to preserve history for the table tennis community, though I had no way of knowing how I would eventually share it—YouTube didn’t exist yet. But I understood one thing: If I didn’t record it, it could be lost forever. Now, I’m using this channel to share as much as possible. Many recordings are on analog tape and require digitization, and modern AI tools help enhance the video quality. Each clip takes time to prepare, but I’m committed to making this historic record available to you, the international table tennis community.
