About the channel
A channel focusing primarily on high quality Windows and MS-DOS video game captures in native aspect ratios on period-correct PCs (CPU, video card, sound card, chipset) to document how games used to run on hardware of its time. No emulated footage here. Will sometimes also host content related to console games, maybe the occasional video unrelated to games or capturing. About me: Unhealthily obsessed with the history of hardware or software performance, game design and game programming (note that I’m NOT necessarily good at any of these topics). Anti-nationalist; don’t consider myself a citizen of a specific country/culture as that’s reductive and tribalistic nonsense in my opinion. Have a seething hatred for fanatics/”fanboys” as they pollute the pool of actual enthusiasts of games and game hardware. I don’t have a favorite game but rather multiple favorite games based on the type or genre as I don’t believe there is such a thing as a single best game ever.
