About the channel
Hi people! Welcome to my old chess games channel. I love recreating games from the past — sometimes going back over two hundred years. I’ve found it’s really helped improve my own chess, especially as a retired engineer returning to the game to keep my brain active. I use a Square Off Grand Kingdom board, with the replay speed set to 1.5x, along with my old Milton Bradley chessmen,which I’ve modified to work with the board. Hopefully, you’ll find the 3D presentation more engaging than 2D. That said, I’d also recommend checking out some of the other excellent chess channels that go into a deeper analysis of these great games. And I’ll leave you with a comment from one of my subscribers: “It’s like watching ghosts play"..
