Hello, I’m Mitzi. I'm a medical doctor specialising in General Practice, with a keen interest in Lifestyle Medicine. I’ve been practising yoga for over ten years. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2024 and love sharing how just a few minutes of morning movement and breathwork can really set the tone for your day. On this channel, you’ll find yoga practices that slot easily into your morning routine, even if you’ve only got ten minutes. You can stack them together for a longer session, or explore my longer videos when you have a bit more time. I’m also passionate about videography and capturing life as it happens. Alongside yoga flows, you’ll see 'behind-the-scenes' vlogs of travel adventures, and all the little yoga moments I love. I post weekly flows on Wednesdays.
