Hi! I'm Dr Alex, an Emergency Medicine doctor in the UK sharing what I've learned after almost a decade of working on the frontline, to help you avoid the preventable illnesses I see every day. Simple, honest videos about the lifestyle traps we fall into, and how to live better, longer, and healthier. And while I’ve got your attention, you may come across some obviously fake, AI-generated videos using my face and name. There seems to be a new channel every week, something that’s becoming increasingly common among YouTube doctors unfortunately... Please be assured that I am not behind any of these and do not endorse any of the information coming from these quite frightening AI versions of me.
