Welcome — I’m Emily. This channel is a knitting, crochet, and making podcast shaped by an attempt to gradually shift away from deadline-driven, pressure-filled craft and towards slower, more mindful making. Over the last few years I’ve spent a lot of time test knitting, knitting to deadlines, and treating creativity as something to keep up with (and you’ll be able to see that in a lot of my content so far). This space is becoming about unlearning that — and exploring what it looks like to make with more intention, flexibility, and care. You’ll find seasonal reflections, quiet project updates, and conversations about process over productivity, alongside knitting, crochet, and other forms of slow making. This is not a place for perfection or constant output. It’s a space for making slowly, letting projects rest, and allowing creativity to change with the seasons.
