Welcome to your yoga journey. I’m Emma, a 500+ hour certified yoga teacher trained in Ashtanga, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. I’m passionate about creating yoga practices that allow you to make the practice your own — moving in a way that feels good for your body, connecting breath with movement, and exploring the deeper layers of yoga through ancient wisdom and modern movement.
