About the channel
Welcome to my journey. I'm using fitness to rebuild both my body and my mind. Through running, strength training, and showing up every day, I'm proving that even the toughest challenges can become opportunities for growth. I've signed up for the Yorkshire Marathon on 18 October, and I'll be documenting every step of my training—the highs, the lows, and everything in between. This marathon is about so much more than crossing a finish line. I'm running to raise money for a charity that means the world to me, and along the way I'll be sharing why their work is so close to my heart.
