Scanners, generalists, polymaths... basically anyone who can’t or won't stick to one lane. Each video tackles a real challenge of the multipath life: starting a business, being creative, making friends, planning with purpose, career choices... I break down what’s going on beneath the surface and offer practical ways forward. I’ve started, scaled, and sold organisations across start-up, nonprofit, and corporate sectors. I’ve raised over €30 million go philanthropic funding, won awards for tech innovation, and coached founders and leaders through 750+ hours of high-stakes decisions. I’m also a musician with 700k+ Spotify streams, a parent to a toddler, and a trail runner living in rural Germany, surrounded by forest, Duplo bricks, and the nagging sense that I’m doing both too much and too little.
