At 59, I live in Australia, and it brings me immense joy to help women over 50 feel confident, vibrant, and empowered. My passion is to inspire them to embrace who they are and look forward with excitement to the future." With 40 years of experience as a small business entrepreneur, I am a certified fitness instructor and Human Performance coach, specializing in exercise and brain health for older adults. I am also a certified life and business coach, meditation and mindset coach, personal stylist, and color consultant. My mission is to help women over 50 thrive in every aspect of their lives, empowering them to live with confidence, purpose, and joy. I'm here to guide and support you on your journey. xx
