Welcome to FG Kids – We believe that cooking is the most vital health skill a child can learn. Based in Central Florida, our nonprofit mission provides evidence-based nutrition education designed to bridge the gap between science and the kitchen. Our content and curriculums are rooted in the most recent USDA Dietary Guidelines, and health research, and our mission is simple: to improve public health by equipping children with the tools to prepare wholesome meals, fostering a lifetime of wellness and food independence. Our flagship series is: LIFE SKILLS WITH PROFESSOR ISAAC! This series is geared towards children ages 4 to 8 and their parents. “Professor Isaac” taps into his life skills as an educator, cook, dad, and caretaker, to teach children foundational life skills to help them thrive and live their best life!
