About the channel
Hi and Welcome to Fit by Lys! My name is Alyssa Schwartz and I am a NASM certified personal trainer. I'm a Canadian from Ontario living in Michigan and I am a virtual trainer. My passion is helping real people become the best versions of themselves and I'm so excited to use this platform to reach out to even more people. I post real time workout videos in many styles like HIIT, pilates, yoga, and tabata. I also sprinkle in some health and lifestyle content, and I sure hope you'll stick around and check them out!
