Hi there, I'm Floris Gierman. This channel is all about helping you become a stronger, healthier, happier, and injury-free runner. My running journey started with a miserable 4:11 marathon. A few years later, I ran 2:44 at the Boston Marathon, an 87-minute improvement. That journey sparked a passion for learning what really helps runners improve without burning out or getting injured.
