Over the years I’ve had some great mentors, spent a lot of money on education (over 20 credentials), and learned a lot that I would like to share. This channel will appeal to anyone looking to further their knowledge in this convoluted fitness space. Specifically I’m looking to help intermediate lifters grasp more complex concepts and challenging advanced lifters to re-evaluate their current views . I’m looking to challenge the status quo and point out errors or fallacies from concepts that many don’t actually dive in deep to explore and simply accept as fact. My greatest passion lies in helping fellow fitness professionals reach their full potential by helping as many clients as possible while making more $$ than ever before.
