About the channel
Sharing my foil sessions as I go through the learning process. I started wing foiling in August 2023 and prone in mid October. I'm attempting to learn to SUP paddle up onto foil as well, but I am prioritizing prone skills first and occasionally working on SUP balance and paddling for now.
