Forgotten London 🇬🇧

About the channel

Welcome to Forgotten London. This channel is dedicated to the careful exploration of London's extraordinary past. The stories, places, and people that time has quietly left behind. From the grand institutions that once shaped the course of the city to the humble streets and alleyways that carried the rhythm of everyday life, we piece together the history that modern London has built over, paved across, or simply chosen to forget. Whether you remember the London that was, or you're discovering it for the first time, each film is crafted to bring these lost chapters back to life with the respect and detail they deserve. We draw on archives, historical records, and the memories of those who were there. Because the city we see today is only the latest version of a story that stretches back centuries.
