About the channel

I'm Vinny, and I took early retirement at 47 years of age after being made redundant for the second time in my technology career. I come from a poor working class background and saw my parents struggle with money - this inspired me to teach myself about finance and investing, and I started saving from an early age, and started investing in my early 20s. I was able to build up enough investments to retire at 47, and wait for my pensions. I started this channel to vlog my redundancy and early retirement journey. If you're interested in watching my journey, or you're hoping to retire early yourself, I hope you'll find some useful content on my channel. Important disclaimer: My channel is not intended to provide financial advice, nor am I a regulated or qualified financial adviser. This is just for fun.
