About the channel

Gapcloud has been a provider of contact centre technology and cloud services (including licences, professional services and support) since 2009. Based in Sydney, we have delivered over 160 contact centre related projects mainly across Australia and New Zealand as well as for clients in Singapore, South Korea, PNG, Hong Kong and the Middle East. We have supplied and built contact centres for customers across a broad range of industry verticals including state and local government, universities, telecommunications providers, utilities, retail operations, travel businesses, industrials, property companies, technology providers, not-for profit and professional associations. Our core business is cloud contact centres which encompass IVRs, omni-channel customer interactions, business application integrations, messaging and bot technology, call recording, wallboards and reporting.
