About the channel
This is the YouTube channel of GloBIAS, the Global BioImage Analysts’ Society. GloBIAS is a non-profit association officially constituted in October 2024. The foundation of the society is supported by a grant of the Chan Zuckerberg Initiative to the project "Society for Knowledge Exchange in BioImage Analysis" until December 2025, after which the aim is for the Society to be self-sustained through membership fees and activities. The society will enable learning and knowledge exchange between members. This will be achieved by a number of different tools, such as online events, in-person workshops and online repositories. Within this channel we make recordings of our seminars available, but also showcase the work of our members, either in common activities such as our in-person workshop or as singular material from members.
