About the channel

Harper for Kids (HFK) organization was founded by Tim and Peanut Harper in 2008. The mission of HFK is to teach children the important life skills that will empower them to achieve their personal best in life. Our vision is that HFK enrichment programs will help children develop good character and inspire the adults in the children’s lives to be good role models of important core, ethical values and help foster a healthy community. HFK's youth character education program is based upon legendary UCLA Coach John Wooden's Pyramid of Success and taught using his children's book "Inch and Miles: The Journey to Success." His Pyramid of Success is comprised of character traits that can help children reach their personal best and to help them lead positive, productive and fulfilling lives. The goal of our program is to help schools incorporate Coach Wooden's Pyramid of Success into their character education program.
